During your first three 1-to-1 private sessions, we will assess your unique needs and establish your fitness goals so we can customize a Pilates program that's right for YOU.

It is recommended that beginners take advantage of our Introductory Package. Invite your more experienced friends to join you for a Duet or mat class to complement their individual sessions.

- All payments must be made in advance of the first lesson for the entire package purchased. All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- 5 and 10 session packages expire 90 days from date of purchase. 15 session packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.
- 24 hours notice to cancel appointments is required to allow for rescheduling or you will be charged for the time reserved for you.
